Cancellation Policy

We are thrilled to help you and others with their dread forest. Young sprouts or majestic old growth deserve the time and attention necessary to thrive. Cancellations To nurture the forest, we offer a full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, a $50 premises fee will be applied to help us maintain our woodland sanctuary. Late Arrivals In the spirit of timely growth, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you find yourself more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment with a $50 premises fee, ensuring that every visitor gets the ample time their locks deserve. Missed With support leading the way, we are here to help you reschedule missed appointments and assist with the $50 premises fee.
